(1) We will try to accept all commission inquiries, but if a character is too out of our

style, your request may be rejected.
(2) Up to 3 W.i.p.s (Work in Progress) changes are allowed during the sketch phase.  A w.i.p of the sketch will automatically be delivered to the customer unless specified not to.
(3) Up to 3 minor changes are allowed during the final process. Minor changes include subjects such as small colouring/marking mistakes, or a detail forgotten from the character reference.
(4) Any major changes will come with an extra charge. Major changes include subjects such as an outfit/position change, or anything that has to be redrawn completely.
